As you enter the home, you first notice the vibrant living area that is bathed in natural light and decorated with tasteful furnishings. This air-conditioned space invites you to relax on the plush sofa with a good book, or to gather family and friends and host a movie night using the smart TV. The open-plan layout seamlessly flows into the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. Make use of the Nespresso coffee machine and the other many appliances this kitchen offers. Adjacent to the kitchen is the six-seater dining table which provides the perfect place to catch up on conversations with loved ones over a home-cooked meal. There is also a lovely laundry equipped with a front loader washing machine for your convenience. As you wander down the hallway, you'll discover three cosy bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. Master bedroom: This gorgeous bedroom features a plush king bed, a ceiling fan and plenty of wardrobe space. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
