The covered alfresco patio features a large outdoor dining setting, comfortable lounge seating, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with a BBQ, double-door bar fridge, and sink — ideal for long lunches, sunset dinners, and evenings spent by the water. Guests can also enjoy direct canal access with a private pontoon, along with kayaks and paddleboards provided for exploring the waterways. Inside, the home opens into a bright and spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed to bring everyone together. Large windows and sliding doors allow natural light and cooling sea breezes to flow throughout the space. The comfortable living area offers plenty of seating to relax and unwind, while the dining table seats up to eight guests. *Please note we do not supply firewood at this home. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

Situated in a quiet, residential street, this home is the definition of peace and tranquility. Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as secure garage parking for two cars. There is space to park up to four cars on the driveway as well as free street parking. Make use of the private pontoon where you can launch any of the provided stand up paddle boards or kayaks into the sparkling river.
