It has stunning panoramic river views of the barrage right down to the bridge, with the Naturescape Playground and large public boat ramp just a few minutes walk. This house is perfect for families with boats and kids. The home offers 3 large bedrooms with the master bedroom upstairs offering a Queen size bed, ensuite, large wardrobe and ceiling fan, open plan living/dining upstairs with a split system air con and two ceiling fans. Well thought out kitchen with a butler’s pantry containing a gas cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Downstairs there is a second living area, a modern bathroom, 2 large bedrooms with 2 lots of single beds, and a separate well-appointed laundry. Enjoy a nice relaxing meal or beverage on the balcony upstairs which overlooks the stunning views that this house offers. Cook outside on those balmy summer nights with the convenience of a Weber BBQ and outside tables and chairs. Out the back there is secure fencing which allows the kids to play while also allowing pets to be negotiable. Located within walking distance to Bombora on the River for breakfast and lunch, Goolwa’s Adventure Naturescape Playground, Goolwa Wharf, South Lakes Golf Club and Goolwa Regatta Yacht Club. Launch the boat to enjoy your favourite water sports at the public boat ramp, head down to the beach, enjoy a leisurely bike ride or stroll along the bike path or simply just sit back, relax and take in the breathtaking views, the choice is yours!
