Open plan living / dining and a well stocked kitchen, dishwasher and a DeLonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine (guests to supply the coffee pods), TV, DVD, and Entertainment Theatre with USB port. Living areas on both levels as well as a front balcony with Weber Q BBQ and rear paved area to watch a game of cricket in the fully enclosed rear yard. Master bedroom has a Queen bed on the lower level with a further 2 bedrooms upstairs each with 2 single beds. 2 Bathrooms, one on each level, bath is upstairs, fully equipped laundry. Off street parking.
