Bedroom two also includes a comfortable queen bed, providing ample space for additional guests. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
