At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service. • Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Property Access: Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a security guard and gate. Resort Access: All guests gain full access to Veranda Palms Resort and all its amenities. Parking: You can park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. There is additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community. Parking is also allowed outside the pool area, using the side parking spaces and is subject to availability.
