Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay! • Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It's a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Pet Friendly: • Pets are welcome at our property. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is permitted. A pet fee of $139 per pet applies and will be collected after booking. Additional Service: • Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79 night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service. • Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill. • Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee) • Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee) • We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. Guest Access
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The house has parking spaces for 3 vehicles, any overflow can park at the clubhouse. Cars parked in the street are subject to fines or being towed. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community. Parking is also allowed outside the pool area, using the side parking spaces and is subject to availability. RESORT - You're provided with complimentary access to the Veranda Palms Clubhouse. They're open from 9:00am to 9:00pm and have a number of amenities, including a pool, water slide, fitness center, and lounge. Please present your reservation to gain entry.
