LAUNDRY ROOM: Spacious laundry area with washer and dryer BATHROOM: Second full bathroom with claw tub and shower combo OUTDOORS: 2 outdoor dining areas, BBQ grill, firepit, and upper deck sitting area perfect for taking in the beautiful Florida sun PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
