This third floor 1 bedroom 1 ½ bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location on our property, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. It is also a very short stroll to the Bay Side part of our property which has a hot tub and a second pool. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, this unit sleeps a maximum of four people. The comfortably decorated bedroom is furnished with two queen sizes bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and there is a sofa bed in the living room with a large 42" flat screen TV wit HD TV service. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the half bath is equipped with a sink and toilet. The spacious, open kitchen plan is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.
