This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of four people. The master bedroom is furnished with one king sized bed with a 32 inch flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 28 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 55 inch flat screen TV for your streaming enjoyment. The lovely spacious kitchen has much counter space and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. There is luxury vinyl flooring throughout the unit. The comfortably screened furnished patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
