This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the first floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! And since it is on the first floor, it is an easy stroll to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is four. The bedroom has two queen size beds. The living room TV is a 50" flat screen TV, while the bedroom TV is a 32" for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with extra vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine (no ice maker). The condo is fully tiled throughout. The patio is enclosed with sliding doors so that you can walk right out into the beautiful beach and catch our tropical breezes.
