Thank you for your understanding. • Please note that Spa is currently unavailable Pet Friendly: • Pets are welcome at our property. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is permitted. A pet fee of $139 per pet applies and will be collected after booking. Additional Services: • Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service. • Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Guest Access
• Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Important Parking Instructions • To avoid towing, please do not park on the street, block sidewalks, or park on grassy areas. Guests are responsible for any towing fees or related expenses resulting from parking violations. • The driveway is available to accommodate up to 5 vehicles comfortably with proper rearranging. • Additional Guests Parking can be found in the overflow areas, around the lake and to the left side of the clubhouse, these are first-come-first-serve. • The clubhouse parking (in front of the clubhouse) is available throughout the day, but keep in mind overnight parking at the clubhouse is not allowed. • If a vehicle is parked on the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass it will be at high risk of being towed. All expenses incurred by improper parking will be the responsibility of the guest.
