This spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa in Sonoma Resort sleeps up to 18 guests and sits just minutes from Walt Disney World. The standout? Bedrooms & Bathrooms Every bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, so there's no morning queue and plenty of privacy for everyone. • Bedroom 1: King bed and TV on the ground floor • Bedroom 2: Two queen beds and TV • Bedroom 3: Two queen beds and TV • Bedroom 4: Two double beds and TV • Bedroom 5: One double bed plus twin bunk, TV — great for kids or teens There's also a half bathroom downstairs for extra convenience. Living, Dining & Kitchen The open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor gives everyone room to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, and everything you need to prep snacks or cook a full meal. The dining table seats eight, and there's a second family room upstairs with a sofa and TV if anyone wants their own space to watch a movie or play games. Outdoor Amenities Your covered lanai overlooks the private pool — open year-round and perfect for cooling off after a long day at the parks. There's an outdoor dining table and sun loungers, so you can eat outside or just relax with a book. Sonoma Resort's clubhouse is a short walk away and includes a resort-style pool with waterslide, fitness center, arcade, sports courts, and a lake with walking trails. Good To Know Free Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter. There's free parking in the driveway — just pull all the way in to avoid blocking the sidewalk. A dedicated workspace makes it easy to check emails if needed. The home is in a gated community next to The Loop shopping and dining hub, with Walmart and Target nearby. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day (must cover full stay, request 7+ days ahead), and a BBQ grill can be added for a fee with 48 hours' notice. This is a two-story home with stairs to the upper level.

A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature. What You'll Find When You Arrive • Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive • Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. House Guidelines • Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. • No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies. • Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. • No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. • This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. • We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. • Please note that when parking in the driveway, be sure to pull all the way in and do not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to being towed, and we cannot be held responsible. • The parking lot next to the pool and amenity area is available 24/7, while clubhouse parking is only allowed until 8 pm and not overnight. Booking Requirements • Lead guest must be 21 or older. • A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation • Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. • Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages • Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only. • Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
