Sports Village has always been a favorite for families on a budget. This condo is one you will definitely want to stay in. It is located "on the rim" - in the newer of Sports Village - and there are no stairs to the front door. It is in building "S" which is within a short walk to the Clubhouse / amenities. A very open floor plan, fantastic view comfortable bedrooms & a first class kitchen! The master bedroom has a King bed with comfortable linens and a private bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed and twin bunk beds, perfect for a traveling family, with a bathroom across the hall. Each bedroom is lined with fresh clean linens and both bathrooms are stocked full of paper products, soaps/shampoos, and towels. (A twin size rollaway bed is in the closet with linens for one extra person.) There are separate towels provided for pool use. A full size washer and dryer is provided for your use and convenience. (You will need to bring your own laundry detergent.) Let us contribute to you and your group while making delightful memories with your family during your stay in this condo! There are community grills available for use at the club house. Bring your own charcoal. PARKING: There is free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV’s. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. The Clubhouse is open until 10pm. Check-In: 4:00 pm Check-Out: 11:00 am No smoking/no pets CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
