Casa Ladera is a modern two-bedroom home situated in the peaceful, gated community at the heart of Potrero. This home is perched on top of a hill, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lush tropical landscapes, but it is also only a five-minute drive from the sandy shores of Playa Potrero. This single-story home spans 1,292 sq, ft, (402 m²) and features an open-concept floor plan with an inviting living room and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV and faces a large sliding glass door that opens to a picturesque terrace. Right next to the living room, you’ll find a modern kitchen with sleek cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. The kitchen has also been furnished with a square dining table that seats four. The master bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and a sliding glass door that opens onto the terrace, offering lush mountain views. The master bedroom is also connected to a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a large closet, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of this home’s highlights is the shaded terrace that offers stunning views of the lush mountains surrounding Potrero. The terrace features a sleek stainless steel BBQ and a modern kitchen with a sink, a wooden dining table that seats four, and a couple of comfortable sitting areas. The terrace features three ceiling fans to keep the space breezy and cool, and it is decorated with vibrant Costa Rican artwork to add authentic local flair. Casa Ladera features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable, and a washer and dryer. The property is secure, situated in a gated community that is guarded 24/7, and features a private driveway with covered parking. The community offers a shared swimming pool for guests, accompanied by a clubhouse with a BBQ and restroom nearby for dining and relaxation. No Pets Policy: Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied.
