A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, making it easy to fill your days with fun and adventure. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team follows the highest standards of cleanliness. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Check-Out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300. Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use.
