Guests are also required to stay on marked paths within the Beach Nourishment area. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: * While we regularly treat for pests, they're common to FL and waterfront condos so it's possible to encounter them. As a result, we do not issue refunds for pests * If you book during hurricane season (July - November) we strongly suggest travel insurance. We do not issue refunds for any weather related issues * Amenities are controlled by the HOA and not us (e.g. pool) and so we cannot guarantee they will always be available (sometimes HOA closes for maintenance/cleaning). We do not issue refunds for amenity related issues. * Construction is possible - some condos undergo renovations without notifying us. * Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee them. Clearwater Beach and other nearby attractions are just a short drive away 🚗. ⚠️ Damage Waiver Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only.
