Relax by the heated pool after a dip in the emerald waters of the Gulf! Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants. Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and all you need for home-cooked meals. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite. HOLIDAY VILLAS III AMENITIES -Gulf-front heated pool -Sundeck with picnic, grilling, and shuffleboard areas -Laundry facilities -Streaming available with own accounts. THINGS TO KNOW Due to Hurricane Helene and Milton: The building has power, cable/wifi, water and the beaches are open. Until further, there is no longer have any ground floor amenities. That includes shuffleboard and BBQ area. There will be active construction, so please except to experience construction noise. Parking adjustments will be made depending on where the workers are. Public parking is nearby. You have the free lot across the street to the right inside the white picket fence. The pool is unavailable Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, but is open for use after 4pm & all day on Saturdays & Sundays. The pool deck is available to lay out during closure hours, but the pool is not open for use. Improvements are expected to be completed in April.
