Your host, John and Maura Holdfast Holdings We are situated in the Old Pompano neighborhood which is primarily residential, offering a quieter atmosphere than some of the more commercial areas of Pompano Beach. There are several local shops, restaurants, and parks within walking distance or a short drive and the coastline is just minutes away. - Smoking is not permitted - Please refrain from moving furniture - Please don’t flush items that could clog toilets - Avoid putting grease down the sink - Pets allowed for a fee and w/ approval from hosts - Parties are prohibited - No commercial photography - Hosts must be notified of visitors - Quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM - Maximum of 7 guests - Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay - Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies Pest disclosure We pride ourselves on a spotless home. Every stay starts with a full professional clean, and the property gets regular pest control. But this is South Florida, and the locals like to drop by. You may spot a little lizard sunning on the patio, a few ants after a rainstorm, or the occasional palmetto bug. They live outdoors here year round and can wander into even the cleanest homes. It is not a sign of an unclean stay, just a small part of Florida living.
