*This is a third-floor walk-up please plan accordingly, unfortunately, there is no elevator (old Savannah!). Absolutely no parties. NO animals. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke in the property. Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your property.
