Originally bustling with activity during Savannah's cotton industry heyday, this alleyway now immerses you in the city's vibrant riverfront district. Enter the condo through a hallway connecting the cozy bedrooms and bathroom to the spacious open-concept living area. Original brick walls and wooden beams blend seamlessly with modern touches, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. This unit has an awesome little balcony overlooking River Street, so there is always the potential for noise given the restaurant/bar scene nearby. There is a bar next door that is new and may be louder late at night - of course we provide white noise machines and earplugs just in case! This unit is off of what is considered Factors Walk, a historic alley/lane that cuts through Bay Street and River Street where the old factors used to work, sell/trade goods back in the day! It is made of River Rock/Cobble Stone, and can be tricky. PLEASE use caution when walking on the historic road and we recommend ladies Save their heels for another day :)
