The entire apartment is for your use. We encourage you to enjoy the rear patio and walk across the street and explore Washington Square! Please keep noise levels down, particularly outside, from 10PM - 8AM. If you need to smoke, please do so in the rear courtyard and first make sure all the doors and windows are shut!
