AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside. Dog Policy: This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Type of Cooling for the Home Stay comfortable year-round with a newly upgraded split air cooling system that allows for efficient, quiet temperature control. Combined with recently added insulation, the space stays cool in the summer and cozy in the winter for a consistently comfortable stay. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
