Natural light fills the room throughout the day, and the open layout flows easily to the kitchenette and balcony. The unit is located on the second floor. Access is via an exterior staircase along the side of the building. Please note that the stairs are steeper than average due to the mountain hillside, so we recommend taking your time. What is the parking situation? One dedicated parking spot is available in the driveway, a great perk in Manitou Springs! Two compact vehicles can fit front-to-back on the right side, but standard-sized vehicles and trucks should plan for one spot. For EV guests, there is a charging station within easy walking distance. Is it really walkable to town? Absolutely. It is a very short, convenient walk to the heart of Manitou Springs where you will find shops, restaurants, and the local heritage center. What kitchen amenities are provided? These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
