The Balsam House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on a quiet street in the Pineland area. This home has level access and is equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven, large stone fireplace and television with cable. As you walk into the house, you enter the living room. The kitchen/dining area is to the left of the living area and there is one bedroom with a queen size bed, and one full bathroom (with tub/shower). Upstairs has the other two bedrooms, one with a queen, the other has 2 queen size beds and there is another full bathroom (with tub/shower) in the hall. There is also a nice sunny front deck that has patio furniture and a new gas Weber BBQ for your convenience. This home is walking distance to Sunnyside Restaurant, has access to the popular Tahoe Park Private Beach; and you are within minutes of world class skiing at Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort and Northstar at Tahoe. This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation! Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring beach towels, as those are not provided. There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied.
