It's fully equipped with washer & dryer in separate laundry room, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, gas range/oven, plenty of pots, pans & dishes to make the most delicious meals, the living room has a flatscreen television with cable, DVD &, stereo. Cozy up to the warm fireplace in the evenings! This home also has wireless internet. The spacious deck has a gas BBQ along with patio furniture (summer only) so you can enjoy the morning, afternoon or evening, relaxing outside! Walking distance to Sunnyside and many hiking/biking trails during the summer months and Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort and Northstar at Tahoe ski areas are just minutes away! This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation! There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked. Cleaning fee includes linens and towels.
