About the Home
Casa La Aventura is part of the Tamarindo Walk Homes, situated in the prime location of Tamarindo Hills. This new neighborhood features tree-lined lots and paved roads, all within a short walking distance of the town's amenities. A commercial plaza conveniently located at the entrance of the Tamarindo Hills neighborhood offers dining, live music, lively artisanal markets, and more. Additionally, a gym, veterinary clinic, cafe, laundry services, and a small supermarket are all located in the plaza. La Aventura is a three-floor house, offering spacious indoor/outdoor living equipped with every imaginable amenity, providing a luxurious design. The house comfortably accommodates a family or group of friends, with a maximum capacity of 8 people. On the main floor of Casa La Aventura, you'll step into the heart of the home. This level boasts an open-concept layout that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, living room, indoor plunge pool area, and the luxurious master bedroom suite. The modern and fully-equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, ample counter space, and a large island with seating for casual dining. Guests can easily prepare meals while enjoying the company of others in the adjacent living area. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating arrangements, making it the perfect place to unwind and socialize after a day of exploring. One of the main highlights of this floor is the indoor plunge pool area, complete with a private pool and lounge chairs. The master bedroom suite on this floor boasts a queen-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom, providing a luxurious and tranquil sanctuary for guests. Descending to the ground floor, you'll find an additional bedroom, offering privacy and comfort for guests seeking their own space. This cozy bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a sitting area, and easy access to a full bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for couples or individuals looking for peace and quiet away from the main living areas. Ascending to the top floor, you'll discover two more bedrooms, each offering plenty of privacy. Both bedrooms are elegantly furnished and feature queen-sized beds, ample storage space, and access to a shared bathroom. To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. These items are intended for the beginning of your stay. If you need additional supplies during your visit, guests are kindly asked to purchase them as needed. Guests can enjoy waking up to breathtaking views and unwind in their own tranquil haven at the end of the day. As you can see, there are so many things to experience, and Casa La Aventura is the perfect place to call home while away from your home. Now that your accommodation is secure in Casa La Aventura, it’s time to explore. There is something to do for everyone in the Playa Tamarindo area. You can begin a day with a relaxing stroll along the pristine beach or surf some outstanding waves at a number of nearby breaks. Or you can play a round of golf at one of the two nearby Robert Trent Jones or Mike Young designed courses within 30 minutes of Bella Vida. Eat a tasty lunch or dinner at any of the numerous restaurants…many within walking distance. You can also plan an eco-tour, go horseback riding or better yet, if not a seasoned surfer, grab a surfing lesson! There are enough shopping opportunities to please everyone’s taste…again…all within walking distance. For the adventure lover, a local canopy/river tour, or a day trip to volcano Rincon de la Vieja, Arenal or the cloud forest of Monteverde. World-class Sport fishing leaving on a boat out of Playa Tamarindo is another exciting way to spend a day. Another is to go on a sunset cruise that offers snorkeling in crystal clear waters and the chance to experience some raw nature from a different point of view.
The Neighborhood
The Pacific's waves crash less than two blocks from Casa La Aventura, and Tamarindo's Playa Flamingo is a drive away. Stroll down to some of Costa Rica's best eating, like Patagonia a 650 meters away, or rent a surfboard at one of Surf Shop nearby to ride the area's legendary surf. Guest Access
Buses run through town connecting with nearby towns and the country`s two major airports, and there are shuttle services that provide direct, air-conditioned trips to most major destinations within the country. Tamarindo also boasts a small airport, with two airlines offering multiple daily flights across Costa Rica. Car rental companies are numerous, but it`s recommended to book in advance during high season.
