Spacious apartment with a sunny balcony, close to all services and tourist sites. Enjoy all the comfort at the end of a busy day, after discovering the infinite beauties of Madeira. Located in a building close to all kinds of services needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Close to the Banana Tree, you will find several restaurants and bars where you can enjoy our delicious gastronomy or international cuisine. We can assure you that you have plenty to choose from! 10 minutes drive to the center of Câmara de Lobos, 15 minutes to Cabo Girão. As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €300 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €45, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and attention to detail in our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay and then quality checked. Please remember that you're staying in a residential building, please treat our apartment and the building community with respect. If any problems arise, let us know. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
