Our spacious, sun-filled condo features one bedroom with a King Bed and ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a Queen Bed— Fully equipped for your tropical getaway. Modern and cozy beach-aesthetics with an open concept layout. The place is perfect for couples, families, avid surfers or digital nomads looking for a beach getaway and a unique beach community experience. THE CONDO: Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by sea and nature. Located on the 2nd floor of Apartment Tower G, with views of open skies and greenery. BEDROOMS: Complete bedding, linens, pillows, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed BATHROOMS: Full bathrooms with essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and extra toilet paper). KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Includes cooking utensils, cookware, cutlery, wine glasses, and serving ware. *Welcoming package includes Panamanian coffee beans, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dishwasher capsules (4), dish soap, a new sponge, and trash bags (3). LIVING SPACES: Beautiful integrated interiors with modern furnishings. Comfy living space with a sofa and a Flat screen TV w/ Netflix subscription.
