Sleeping arrangements - Bedroom 1 – King bed, sleeps 2 - Bedroom 2 – King bed, sleeps 2 - Bedroom 3 – 2 Full beds, sleeps 4 Two spacious bathrooms offer plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring the theme parks. The extra living area provides a flexible space for gathering, reading, or simply enjoying the view. Outdoor living A furnished balcony wraps around the condo, offering a private perch to sip coffee while watching the sunrise over the course. Storage for golf clubs is conveniently located, making it easy to bring your own clubs or rent nearby. The balcony’s covered design ensures you can enjoy the outdoors rain or shine. Kitchen & dining The large full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware needed for home‑cooked meals. A dining nook sits nearby, perfect for casual breakfasts or evening meals shared with family and friends. Magic Kingdom is only 8 mi away, while SeaWorld sits 15 mi to the east and Universal Studios is a short 20‑mi drive. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment! The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
