Welcome to our dog friendly OFF-grid tiny home near the Grand Canyon, where nature takes center stage! ⭐️Dogs are welcome (1). No cats! ⭐️This unique 100 sqft retreat boasts mirror sides, seamlessly blending into its surroundings ⭐️Approximately a 40 minute drive from the Grand Canyon entrance ⭐️NO RUNNING WATER Oct.15, 2025-April 1,2026. NO showers, no sinks ⭐️COFFEE ⭐️Air Conditioning/heat ⭐️Mr. Buddy propane heater for winter months ⭐️Firepit for grilling and Wood sold on site ⭐️WiFi ★ 1 Full Size Bed with linens, towels, pillows, down duvet. If traveling with your dog please bring a blanket. We put fresh linens on the bed after each stay. ★ Dishes, drink ware, skewers, cast iron pan, toothpicks, condiments, BBQ kit/knives, portable/collapsing cooler (just grab ice), tea kettle, eating utensils, lighter and butane, lantern, can/wine opener and much more. Feel free to browse the drawers of the bed and the cart in the unit. Please put things back where you found them. Any missing items/damages will result in additional fees. ★ Fire pit with cooking grate for grilling. Guest to purchase wood. We do sell bundles of wood on property for $7. ★ OFF Grid toilet. OFF Grid and secluded We require a refundable hold of $500 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $20 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. • This is a fully OFF-GRID property. Please make sure you are familiar with off-grid living before your stay. This experience is rustic and may not be suitable for everyone. If you are not comfortable with camping or off-grid accommodations, this may not be the best fit. • Heating: We provide a Mr. Buddy portable propane heater during the winter months. It is one of the safest options on the market. Please follow all usage instructions provided on our mini house website. A carbon monoxide detector is installed inside the unit for safety. • Safety Notice: There will not be a curtain near the portable heater, as this would pose a fire hazard. • Liability: Guests are responsible for their own safety. We are not liable for injuries resulting from falls or improper use of the property. • Road & Vehicle Recommendations: It is highly recommended to arrive in an SUV or vehicle with 4WD/AWD. The access roads may include dirt, gravel, potholes, mud, and rocky areas, and can be bumpy depending on weather. There are no streetlights throughout the town or the property due to its off-grid nature. • Water & Hygiene: Please bring your own bottled water and personal hygiene products. Do not drink water from the faucet. • Property Layout: The property consists of 10 acres with four tiny homes, each on its own acre. You may see other guests at their units. Due to the design of the tiny homes, you may be able to see inside at night, which is why privacy curtains are provided. Please refer to listing photos for details. • Solar Power: The entire property runs on solar energy. There is enough power to charge small items such as phones or the Keurig machine, but not enough for high-powered devices like hair dryers, fans, or CPAP machines. Cloudy days can significantly reduce electricity. Please help conserve power. • Refrigeration: The mini-fridge does not stay cold enough to store meat or perishable food. A foldable cooler is provided inside the unit—just bring ice. Do not rely on the fridge for food safety. • Bedding & Supplies: We do not provide extra blankets. Please bring any additional bedding you may need for comfort. • Security: There are two security cameras positioned to monitor the perimeter and entrance of the property. • On-Site Services: At times, maintenance staff, cleaners, pest control, water delivery, propane delivery, or dumpster service may be present on the property.
