Welcome to our dog friendly, off-grid tiny home near the Grand Canyon, where nature takes center stage! ⭐️WiFi ⭐️One dog only. No cats! ⭐️This unique 100 sqft retreat boasts mirror sides, seamlessly blending into its surroundings ⭐️Only a 40 minute drive from the Grand Canyon ⭐️NO RUNNING WATER Oct.15, 2025-April 1,2026. This means NO showers, NO water ⭐️COFFEE ⭐️Air Conditioning/Heat ⭐️Mr. Buddy propane heater for winter ⭐️Firepit for Grilling. Wood sold on site. ★ 1 Full Size Bed, pillows, towels, linens, Duvet/down comforter. Please bring a blanket if traveling with your dog. There are fresh linens put on the beds after each stay. ★ Plates, drink-ware, skewers, salt/pepper, mustard/ketchup,olive oil, toothpicks, cast iron, portable/collapsing cooler, tea kettle, BBQ kit/knives, lighter and butane and eating utensils, lantern, can/wine opener etc. Please explore the drawers on front of the bed and the cart in the unit. Please be sure everything is put back where you found it. Any missing/damages you will encounter extra charges. ★ Fire Pit (can be used for grilling)Guest to provide their own wood. We sell wood on the property ★ OFF Grid toilet/bathroom. No water Oct. 2025-April 2026 ★ Telescope ★ Indoor Games & Cornhole ★ One pet (dog) allowed No more than one dog, as it is a small space. No dogs allowed on the bed. 🔥Fire Extinguisher Please do NOT leave dog unattended. You will be responsible for any damages. We are not responsible if you do leave your dog and something happens to it. Please read everything on the listing! OFF GRID property! Main road is approximately 13 minutes away, RT 64. We require a refundable hold of $500 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $20 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. • This is a fully OFF-GRID property. Please make sure you are familiar with off-grid living before your stay. This experience is rustic and may not be suitable for everyone. If you are not comfortable with camping or off-grid accommodations, this may not be the best fit. • Heating: We provide a Mr. Buddy portable propane heater during the winter months. It is one of the safest options on the market. Please follow all usage instructions provided on our mini house website. A carbon monoxide detector is installed inside the unit for safety. It’s recommended to use this heater over the mini split. The heater on the mini split uses a tom of power. There’s a wrench in the unit, in the drawer to help open valve on tank if needed. • Safety Notice: There will not be a curtain near the portable heater, as this would pose a fire hazard. • Liability: Guests are responsible for their own safety. We are not liable for injuries resulting from falls or improper use of the property. • Road & Vehicle Recommendations: It is highly recommended to arrive in an SUV or vehicle with 4WD/AWD. The access roads may include dirt, gravel, potholes, mud, and rocky areas, and can be bumpy depending on weather. There are no streetlights throughout the town or the property due to its off-grid nature. • Water & Hygiene: Please bring your own bottled water and personal hygiene products. Do not drink water from the faucet. • Property Layout: The property consists of 10 acres with four tiny homes, each on its own acre. You may see other guests at their units. Due to the design of the tiny homes, you may be able to see inside at night, which is why privacy curtains are provided. Please refer to listing photos for details. • Solar Power: The entire property runs on solar energy. There is enough power to charge small items such as phones or the Keurig machine, but not enough for high-powered devices like hair dryers, fans, or CPAP machines. Cloudy days can significantly reduce electricity. Please help conserve power. • Refrigeration: The mini-fridge does not stay cold enough to store meat or perishable food. A foldable cooler is provided inside the unit—just bring ice. Do not rely on the fridge for food safety. • Bedding & Supplies: We do not provide extra blankets. Please bring any additional bedding you may need for comfort. • Security: There are two security cameras positioned to monitor the perimeter and entrance of the property. • On-Site Services: At times, maintenance staff, cleaners, pest control, water delivery, propane delivery, or dumpster service may be present on the property.
