A beautiful condo on the ground floor in Las Palmas Resort, Building 20. Perfect for families, couples, seniors and those who enjoy a quiet view of the desert mountains. Enjoy our pleasant 3 bed/3 bath condo located in building 20 at the Las Palmas Resort. This condo has a very open floor plan. Each bedroom has a TV, as well as the living room with the option to watch DVDs. Stream your favorite shows after a fun day in the sun. Our kitchen provides all major appliances accompanied with utensils and sits right next to the dining room with a family table as well as more seats on the bar of the kitchen for extra sitting. At a glance you will see the sliding door that leads out to the patio that has room the family to eat, play games, or admire the incredible view that the vast mountains of the Saint George Valley creates for us to enjoy. The master suite has a comfortable KING size bed with a large bathroom attached, private entry to patio, TV/DVD, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. Bedroom 2 has a QUEEN bed with a private bathroom and bedroom 3 comes with 2 TWIN beds ( no bunks) and a bathroom across the hall. 6 sleep comfortably with the option to rent an air mattress or pack-n-play for the extras in the family. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
