The Grand Riviera is a combo of 2 townhomes in Escondido. Red Riviera is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath home that sleeps 8 guests. Desert Riviera is a 3 bed, 3.5 bath home that sleeps 10 guests. They are not connected by a passthrough door but are located next to each other. Both condos have an open concept main floor with large well stocked kitchen for preparing meals and large sectional to seat the whole family. It's a great place to spend family time! There is laundry conveniently located in each condo for your use. Off the main living areas are 2 patios with seating, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or whenever you want some fresh air! Escondido is a brand new community so will have construction around the neighborhood. You will have access to the pickleball court and the community pool is now open! Looking for Adventure? Also has a Sofa bed (full size), Sleeps 1-3 Guest Bedroom (upstairs) - Queen bed, Sleeps 1-2 Bunk Room (upstairs) - Queen bottom, XL twin top bunk bed, Sleeps 1-3 UNIT 2 - DESERT RIVIERA Master Suite (downstairs) - King bed and private ensuite, Sleeps 2 Guest Suite (upstairs) - Queen bed, Twin bed with trundle and private ensuite, Sleeps 4 Bunk Room (upstairs) - Two sets of Triple Bunk beds (twin size) and a Queen bed with private ensuite, Sleeps 8 Parking: The home has a small garage and additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space, but must be un-hitched from the support vehicle. There are extra long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs. There is an outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
