These are 3 apartments in a building of 4 apartments in total that I own. In this case, they are the 1st (3 rooms), 2nd (3 rooms), and penthouse (1 room). The building does not have an elevator and they are accessed via the building's staircase, but nobody uses that staircase while they are rented out as the only other apartment for rent is on the ground floor and does not use the staircase. If you're looking to enjoy a huge private terrace (yes, it is only for your booking, the ground floor apartment will no have access to it) in Malaga, renting these apartments may provide the perfect opportunity. There are 3 private terraces in total for your group. With three floors, 7 rooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 complete kitchens, there is a variety of options to choose from to accommodate your needs. The absence of an elevator might provide a bit of exercise, but the added privacy of a staircase that is not used by others can make for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is important to take into account that it is not 1 apartment, but 3 in a single reservation. Important information: The washing machine in the penthouse is temporarily out of service. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
