The property also includes one private parking space for guests. The garage is private and exclusively serves the property, with space for two vehicles. Please note that one of the two spaces is occupied by a vehicle belonging to the property owners, while the other parking space is available exclusively for guests throughout their stay. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool during the summer season, from June 1 to September 30, 2026. Enjoy staying in one of the best areas of Malaga, enjoying the tranquility and proximity to the various tourist attractions. The property is located at: - 10 minutes drive from the center of Malaga. - 10 minutes walk to the beach. - 20 minutes from Malaga airport. - 10 minutes walk from the Morlaco forest park (ideal to enjoy the views and take a walk in the countryside). House rules: - Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. - It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the reservation. - Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. - Please take out the garbage every day, with special care during the summer months. There are garbage cans in the street for this purpose. - Please leave the house tidy before your departure. - Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you so much!
