Located extremely close to the Pigeon Forge Parkway! This cabin is ultra convenient as easily accessible. You are only minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg, TN and downtown Pigeon Forge, TN! You are also a short drive to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park! • Guests must be 21 or older to book this cabin. • This cabin sleeps a maximum of 10 guests. • The cabin includes parking for up to 5 vehicles. • We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way up, and in normal weather, any vehicle should be fine—but we still recommend 4x4 drive, especially in winter or during rain. • A Keurig coffee maker is provided—please bring your own coffee. • A charcoal grill is available—please bring your own charcoal. • The cabin includes WiFi and a smart TV (no cable—please bring your smart TV login). • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
