Bedding Arrangements: Master Bedroom: King, ensuite bathroom with full bath, TV Second Bedroom: King, shared bathroom with full bath Third Bedroom: 2 Queen-sized bed Additional Features: • Sleeps 8 people. • 4 Smart TVs (Netflix, cable) for entertainment. • Wi-Fi for connectivity. • Board games and a Switch for indoor recreation. • No sofa/rollaway beds included. • Washer and Dryer on site (must bring your own detergent). • Coffee Maker/Keurig on site (must bring own Coffee/K-cups) • NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on the premises. • The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to whip up home-cooked meals. • Huge, covered patio with a spectacular mountain view. • No stairs needed, a straight shot to the condo! • Walking distance to the clubhouse and playground. • Walking distance to BMC (Arcade, skating rink, grip ninja, basketball courts, etc). • Brand new AC unit for comfortable indoor temperatures. • Located in the Green Valley area of St. George, with quick access to restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking trails, and several golf courses. ● Star attractions nearby: Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, Quail Lake, and Zion National Park - all just a short drive away with easy freeway accessibility.
