Indulge in land and sea adventures all day, from sunset cocktails overlooking Nantucket Sound to clamming by the shore. Enjoy our har-tru clay tennis court, bocce & horseshoe courts, and boathouse deck for picnics. Explore the Oyster Pond River and Stage Harbor on dog-friendly shore walks. Or bring or rent kayaks/SUPs, or dock your boat (up to 20ft), to explore Chatham by water. Please see house rules for more information. Each home boasts a spacious kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining for 10, grills, multiple gathering areas, and 3 full bathrooms (six total). The first home, with original 1600s details, offers 3 bedrooms and a convertible office. The second home features 5 bedrooms, including a king suite. Commercially laundered bedding and towels included. House 1- Bedroom 1: king, ensuite Bedroom 2: king +twin, ensuite Bedroom 3: queen +twin Office: queen sofabed Partitioned bunk area +twin. Bedroom 3 shares bath with office and main living areas- access to upstairs requires passing through the office or bedroom 3 House 2- Bedroom 1: king, ensuite; Bedroom 2: twin bunk; Bedroom 3: 2 twins: Bedroom 4: queen; Bedroom 5: king bedrooms 2 &3 share a bath with shower tub bedroom 4&5 share a bath with shower If you have any questions, please ask them before booking.
