House has sleeping options for up to 10 people to sleep comfortably in 7 beds and one futon. Per Chatham board of health regulations, 10 is the maximum number of guests. Many families with children of all ages have stayed here, and we do provide a pack-and-play and convertible high chair on request (must be requested at time of booking to ensure availability). However, please note that the home is not baby/child-proofed. If you have any questions or concerns please ask any questions before booking. Fireplaces are non-working. High heel shoes should not be worn in the house to preserve the 300+ year old floors. Quiet residential neighborhood. 5 minute drive to Downtown Chatham, shops, restaurants and popular beaches.
