Good to know
Two bedrooms can either offer a King Bed or two King Singles; simply let us know at the time of booking and we'll separate the beds for your arrival. Our standard configuration is as King Beds. At no additional cost, we can supply a high chair and portacot for infants, simply request at time of booking. This property requires a $500.00 NZD security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in. Five night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year. ‘From’ price reflects minimum number of guests at low season House Rules 1. Observe and respect the arrival and departure times 2. Tidy away dishes, leaving the kitchen as you find it. 3. Remove footwear inside the house. 4. All outdoor balconies and living areas must be vacated between 10pm and 7am. Disturbances will be taken very seriously. No parties or events. Please take your parties into town. 5. Reservation is strictly limited to the confirmed guests only.
