The villa’s easygoing atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for a getaway in paradise. This classic beach house is just steps from the Golf Clubhouse, with the main Club’s private beach and water sports facilities only a short stroll away. The villa feels wonderfully private, accessed through a beautiful courtyard before stepping inside to a spacious living area. Right beyond the living room, a large veranda opens up to stunning ocean views, and a lawn provides a safe, open space for kids to play. The living room is casually furnished with classic Jamaican wicker furniture, and there’s a separate dining area as well as a bar. Step outside to an expansive dining terrace, perfect for enjoying meals with an incredible sea view. Inside, three bedrooms are in the main house—one with a king bed and two with twin beds in a unique layout. The fourth bedroom is in a separate cottage and offers a luxurious king-size bed. A pool overlooks the beach and ocean outside, manicured lawns surround the property. The villa also features a small organic garden, providing fresh produce for guests to enjoy. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP DUES/FEES The Club requires all villa guests to obtain a Temporary Membership for their stay. By obtaining a Temporary Membership, you gain access to all Club facilities and amenities, ensuring a memorable experience during your stay. The Fee Structure is as follows: The Club requires all villa rental guests to have a temporary membership for their stay. This is $45 per day for persons over 16 year-olds, $25 per day for 13 – 16-year-olds, and complimentary for 12 years and younger. All Temporary Membership Fees are subject to a 15% service charge. Fees may change without notice. CASH ADVANCE If you need extra cash while on the property: You can request a cash advance against your credit card at the Front Office.
