A convenient laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The apartment is climate-controlled with AC and central heating, double-glazed windows in the living room and bedrooms, and electric curtains in the living room. Additional amenities include a cot available upon request, provided linen, towels, and soap, WIFI, and a TV. The building offers 3 elevators, including one for Shabbat.
