Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. • No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. • Parking: The property does not include private parking. Several paid public parking garages are available nearby, subject to availability. • Shabbat-Friendly: For guests observing Shabbat, the house includes a Shabbat hot plate (Plata), Shabbat urn, and a refrigerator with Shabbat mode. • Security: Please ensure that both entrance doors are locked whenever you leave the property. • Hot Water: The house is equipped with a solar water heater. If additional hot water is needed, the electric boiler may be turned on. Please remember to switch it off after use. • Respect the Home: We kindly ask guests to leave the property in good condition by washing used dishes, turning off the air conditioning, and closing all windows and doors before departure.
