Guest Access

- Private beach - Please note that the swimming pool is temporarily unavailable until further notice due to maintenance works. - Parking Paid parking is available at the Ground Floor and Basement. Basement: RM3 first hour, RM2/hour after, max RM24/24hrs. Lobby: RM5 first hour, RM3/hour after, max RM30/24hrs. Payment can be made at the parking machine. Rates are subject to change by building management.

House Rules and Terms

* Kindly note that smoking is not allowed. A RM500 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected (including smoke smell). * Please ensure only registered guests stay in the unit. * No shoes inside the unit. * Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight for everyone’s comfort. * No verbal or physical abuse toward staff or neighbors. * Lost access cards or keys will be charged RM300. * Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless agreed in advance. * Extra linen and towels are available upon request and will be charged. * Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
