- Private beach - Parking Paid parking is available at the Ground Floor and Basement. Basement: RM3 first hour, RM2/hour after, max RM24/24hrs. Lobby: RM5 first hour, RM3/hour after, max RM30/24hrs. Payment can be made at the parking machine. Rates are subject to change by building management.

* Kindly note that smoking is not allowed.
