The kitchen works from a wheeled trolley with the coffee maker, glasses and dishes close at hand. It is on the second floor of a heritage building, four minutes' walk from the GAM and about five from Metro Universidad Católica. Right for a couple who will be out most of the day and want a comfortable place to land.

In the building A heritage building with stairs only; the flat is on the second floor. No parking on site, with paid spaces in the neighbourhood. Practical Air conditioning, heating, an iron, 24-hour check-in and a place to leave luggage. Around nine minutes of hot water per shower from the water heater, which then needs 45 to 60 minutes.
