The studio is cozy and functional, with a more compact size compared to some of our other apartments located on the first level. It is designed to provide a comfortable and practical stay, so we recommend keeping this in mind if you prefer larger spaces. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and due to its location, you may notice some activity or noise from the area at certain times of the day. For added comfort, we provide complimentary earplugs, ideal for guests who prefer an even more peaceful rest.

House Rules and Terms

REGLAS

No fumar dentro del departamento ni en las áreas comunes. Es muy importante, ya que después de tu estancia recibiremos a otros huéspedes. Queremos mantener un ambiente limpio y neutral para todos. No se permiten fiestas. Dentro del edificio viven personas mayores y familias con niños que valoran el silencio durante la noche. Mantén el ruido al mínimo en todo momento, especialmente en pasillos y áreas comunes.

Respeta los horarios de silencio

Domingo a jueves: después de las 10:00 p.m. Viernes y sábado: después de las 11:00 p.m. Lava los utensilios de cocina después de usarlos. Guarda la comida en el refrigerador usando contenedores adecuados. Coloca la basura en los botes correspondientes. Cierra siempre con llave el departamento y la puerta de acceso al edificio. No se permiten visitas. No permitas el acceso a personas que no tengan llave del edificio. Más allá de eso, siéntete como en casa y disfruta tu estancia en nuestro apartamento. - Respetar a los vecinos y no hacer ruido en los pasillos
