We’re located in the city center, one of the most active and vibrant areas of Mexico City, with excellent connectivity to the rest of the city. Because of this, you may occasionally hear some noise from the street. For your comfort, we’ll provide a complimentary pair of earplugs in case you prefer a quieter rest.

Guest Access

During your stay, you’ll have full access to your private studio, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, TV area, dining space, and a bathroom with a shower for your exclusive use. You may also use the reception area from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., as well as the patio on the second floor, which is designated for trash disposal. Important: The building is a smoke-free space, so smoking is not allowed in any area, including inside the studio and common areas.

RULES

-No smoking (very important because after you there will be people who will stay there and we would like it to be a neutral place for everyone) -Do not have parties in the apartment (very important since children and older people who appreciate silence at night live inside the building) -Respect the weight limits of the elevator since it is a newly remodeled elevator and we want to preserve it. -Respect neighbors -Keep low noise levels -Sunday - Thursday after 10:00 PM -Friday and Saturday after 11:00 PM -Cleaning kitchen utensils once used -Please place the trash in the trash can. -Always lock the apartment. -Don’t make noise in the building hallways -Close the door of the building entrance when leaving/entering Feel at home and enjoy your stay in our apartment.
