Since 2012 we have hosted over 3,000 families in our villa inventory and you can expect top-notch service from our employees. ________________________________________ ADDITIONAL SERVICES • Golf carts: 6-passenger golf cart from US$80 per day • Bicycles: Starting from $15 to $35 (rates may vary depending on availability and the supplier) • Supermarket purchases: USD $50 per trip • Babysitter, in-villa massages, tee times, excursions, and various activities can be arranged by your concierge Requests should be 48 hours in advance Activities with extra cost ________________________________________ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY • Jan 6th – Dec 17th: 50% of the total amount is required at time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable. Within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply. • Dec 18th – Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week: 50% of the total amount is required at time of booking (non-refundable). Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel. This change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes. NOTE: USD $150 administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer. If the payment was made by credit card, a processing fee of 4% of the paid amount will be retained. ________________________________________ RULES • No Hookahs: Hookah use is prohibited on the property • Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be 25 years or older • Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am • This is a no-smoking property • No pets allowed • Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed • The use of any outside vendors—including but not limited to private chefs, event planners, photographers, or external golf cart providers—may be subject to additional fees.
